PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES

I am also available to teach private group classes out of my office (max 5 people) or on Zoom at a rate of $120 + gst for each class.  The classes can be tailored  to meet the needs of your group (e.g. for runners, or cyclists or seniors with limited mobility, etc).
