CLASS SCHEDULE

During this COVID-19 pandemic, it is even more important to regularly take the time for yourself to ease your nervous system and boost your well-being through gentle, mindful movement classes. I have been doing daily movement lessons myself and have found a remarkable reduction in my overall stress level and anxiety. 

 

FREE TRIAL CLASS

I would like to invite you to a free trial class on Friday, April 10th @ 12 pm via Zoom.

BIWEEKLY CLASSES 

I am currently teaching classes twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1.30 pm via Zoom.

$10 for 1 class, and $15 for 2 classes.

Most of the classes are done lying on the floor so you'll need a yoga mat or blanket to lie on. Wear warm, comfortable, loose fitting clothes. 

WHAT IS ZOOM?

Zoom is a video conferencing software that is really easy to use. Once you click on the Zoom link I send you the software will be downloaded automatically if you don't already have it. If you have any problems using it, I can help you out.
