During this COVID-19 pandemic, it is even more important to regularly take the time for yourself to ease your nervous system and boost your well-being through gentle, mindful movement classes. I have been doing daily movement lessons myself and have found a remarkable reduction in my overall stress level and anxiety. Most of the classes are done lying on the floor so you'll need a yoga mat or blanket to lie on. Wear warm, comfortable, loose fitting clothes.
ONLINE ZOOM CLASSES
Gentle Tuesdays 1.30 pm - 2.30 pm
Great for beginners or those of you suffering from pain. These uniquely designed lessons are very gentle and use conscious movement and attention to decrease muscular tension and pain, increase flexibility and find grace in everyday movements.

Dynamic Thursdays 11am - 12 pm
For those of you who have done my classes before and wish to expand your potential by acquiring a sense of internal support and balance, awareness of your anatomy, skeletal support, and the use of ground forces.
$10 per class
