WHAT IS ABM NEUROMOVEMENT?
NeuroMovement® (also called the Anat Baniel Method or ABM) is a therapeutic approach that helps people of all ages to move better, learn and think better, overcome limitations and improve performance.
It's a totally different approach to improving health and functioning. NeuroMovement® uses gentle, pain-free, innovative movement exercises to create new connections in the brain so you or your child can do things that previously seemed challenging, or even impossible.

NeuroMovement® is especially helpful for people who suffer from chronic pain, stroke and brain injury survivors, children with special needs such as cerebral palsy and autism, and people experiencing age-related balance and movement challenges.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
CAROL, RETIRED
"In January 2022 I started to suffer from severe neck spasms. I was seen by a multitude of specialists and had a full battery of medical testing, with no resolution. By October the neck spasms were so severe that I wasn't comfortable leaving the house; my life became very small and sad. I was on a high dosage of medication to control the spasms. In January 2023 I met Claire and my life began again. Fast forward to today, I am off all the meds, I am cycling again and enjoying life. The ways that Claire's treatments have changed my body are so delightful. I have rediscovered movement! Claire is very passionate about neuro movement and her focus and insight to help the body heal is so evident! I will continue working with Claire, aging is now exciting!"
ABOUT ME
I discovered NeuroMovement® and the Anat Baniel Method through a friend who had used it to transform the lives of her adult and child clients with cerebral palsy. As a life-long amateur athlete, I was curious about the impact NeuroMovement® might have on my athletic performance, and from the first class I was hooked!
I thought my performance could only be improved through hard training and pushing my body to its limits, but NeuroMovement® offered me an alternative approach that made me mindful of my body and how I moved in space. I ran and cycled faster and easier, and the pain I habitually experienced from overtraining disappeared.
It didn’t take long for me to make the exciting but scary decision to leave my 20-year IT career behind and, after completing the 1.5-year training course in the US, become a certified practitioner of the Anat Baniel Method of NeuroMovement®.
After that first step, I haven’t looked back and I’m thrilled to have a fulfilling career helping people create ease, ability and vigour in every aspect of their lives. I am so excited to share this approach with you, and truly believe that NeuroMovement® will change your life.
